Baseball Recap: 21 Straight Home Victories for Frankfort

Frankfort waltzed into their matchup on Friday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They blew past the Bridgeport Indians 9-2. The Falcons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 contests by seven runs or more this season.

Blake Jacobs was a standout: he went 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and two RBI. That's the most runs he has posted over his last 11 games. Another player making a difference was Jacob Nething, who went 3-for-4 with three runs, two doubles, and one stolen base.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Frankfort kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least 11 hits in three consecutive matches.
