Soccer Recap: Taylorsville Comes Up Short

After soaring to eight goals the game before, Taylorsville was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They lost 6-0 to the Granger Lancers. While getting shut out isn't ideal, Taylorsville haven't been shut out since back in March.

Taylorsville's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Granger, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-3.

Looking ahead, Taylorsville will challenge Kearns at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Taylorsville's defense better be ready for this one: Kearns have averaged an impressive 3.2 goals per game this season. As for Granger, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 7-1 victory against West Jordan on the 24th.
