Basketball Recap: MTI School of Knowledge Takes a Loss

MTI School of Knowledge lost against Cambridge City Lincoln back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. MTI School of Knowledge were dealt an 85-50 loss at the hands of the Cambridge City Lincoln Golden Eagles. MTI School of Knowledge's defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it five in a row.

Aidan Munchel was his usual excellent self, almost dropping a triple-double on 31 points, nine boards, and nine steals for Cambridge City Lincoln. With that strong performance, Munchel is now averaging an impressive 2.3 steals per game. Dustin Lunsford was another key player, going 8 for 16 en route to 16 points.

MTI School of Knowledge's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Cambridge City Lincoln, their win bumped their record up to 10-4.

MTI School of Knowledge will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Victory College Prep at 6:00 p.m. MTI School of Knowledge is facing Victory College Prep at the right time seeing as Victory College Prep is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. Cambridge City Lincoln has already played their next game (against Union County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
