Volleyball Recap: Central Catholic Takes a Loss

Central Catholic kicked off their season on the road on Saturday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell 2-0 to the Pleasant Valley Vikings.

Pleasant Valley can attribute much of their success to Audrey Ferro, who had 16 assists. Ferro is crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 16 every time she's taken the court this season.

Pleasant Valley now has a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, Central Catholic will square off against St. Mary's at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Pleasant Valley, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Dougherty Valley on the 23rd.
