Northland Christian suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Friday. They were beaten by Lutheran North 103-49. Northland Christian has struggled against Lutheran North recently, as their contest on Friday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
The losing side was boosted by Andon "AJ" Newton, who scored 21 points along with five assists and five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Maddox Pallanez, who scored 17 points.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 90-49, which was the final score in Alpha Omega Academy's tilt against Westbury Christian on Friday.
Northland Christian bumped their record down to 7-14 with that loss, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Alpha Omega Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-4.
Northland Christian didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Alpha Omega Academy when the teams last played back in February of 2023, but they still walked away with a 51-45 win.
