Soccer Recap: Kennedale Comes Up Short

Kennedale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Hillsboro Eagles. That's two games in a row now that Kennedale have lost by just one goal.

Kennedale's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10-1. As for Hillsboro, the win was their first on the road, bumping their record up to 2-8-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kennedale will host Godley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Godley will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Kennedale surely won't give up without a fight. As for Hillsboro, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Ferris at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
