Basketball Recap: Willow Spring Storm vs. South Garner Titans
After losing to South Garner the last time they met, Willow Spring decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Willow Spring Storm strolled past the South Garner Titans with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 57-41. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Storm.

Willow Spring had a senior duo take command as Grant Overman dropped a double-double on 11 points and 11 boards and Brady Williams went 5 of 11 on his way to 13 points in addition to eight boards and five assists. What's more, Overman also racked up eight blocks, the most he's had since back in January of 2024. Another player making a difference was Brandon Brooks, who posted seven points.
