Baseball Recap: St. Mary's Ryken Wins Going Away Against Bishop Ireton

St. Mary's Ryken not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 13, 2024. They put the hurt on the Bishop Ireton Cardinals with a sharp 17-5 victory. The win continues a trend for the Knights in their matchups with the Cardinals: they've now won five in a row.

Henry Moltumyr was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Moltumyr was even better at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-5.

Those four runs gave Michael a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Marcello Nazzaro, who scored three runs while going 1-for-4.
