Football Game Preview: Temple City Rams vs. San Marino Titans + Official Tickets

Temple City is 0-9 against San Marino since October of 2015 but things could change on Friday. The Rams are taking a road trip to challenge the Titans at 7:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Temple City is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 33 points two weeks ago, they were much more limited against La Canada on Friday. They were outmatched by the Spartans and fell 44-3. The Rams were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 37-3.

Meanwhile, San Marino was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap last Friday as they fell 28-24 to Franklin.

Temple City will have to keep a close watch on Chase Mena and Miles Morning, a pair of players who had a big impact on San Marino's prior game. Mena picked up 119 receiving yards and two touchdowns, while Morning rushed for 75 yards. Mena showed off some serious burst, lighting up the secondary with a catch for 61 yards. Perry Lin was in the mix as well, providing San Marino with one score.

Temple City now has a losing record of 3-4. As for San Marino, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Temple City might still be hurting after the 48-28 defeat they got from San Marino in their previous meeting back in November of 2024. Can the Rams avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
