Panhandle is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They breezed past Ozona to the tune of 62-32. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 27 games by 22 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, it may have taken double overtime to finish the job, but Nocona ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 64-62 victory over Muenster.

Panhandle pushed their record up to 32-3 with the win, which was their 20th straight on the road dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.7 points over those games. As for Nocona, their victory bumped their record up to 30-6.
