Belt waltzed into their match on Tuesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. Everything went their way against the Big Sandy Pioneers as they made off with a 3-0 win. For the Huskies, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 victory the Pioneers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2024.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Belt was: they took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-14, 25-13.

Belt was led to victory by June Bock and Maren Keaster. Bock had five digs and four aces, while Keaster had five digs. Those five digs gave Bock a new career-high.

Belt's win bumped their record up to 19-7-1. As for Big Sandy, they are on a three-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 6-4.

Belt has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Highwood on the 25th. Big Sandy has also already played their next matchup (against Centerville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
