Softball Recap: Benjamin Davis Takes a Loss

Benjamin Davis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 17th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Eisenhower Eagles, falling 19-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 26-11 back in February.

Benjamin Davis' loss dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Eisenhower, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Benjamin Davis is set to take on their familiar foe Spring at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Eisenhower will face off against rival MacArthur at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
