If Waterford wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Caldwell, they should've done a better job of containing Carter Wheeldin. The Caldwell Redskins really took it to the Waterford Wildcats for the full four quarters, racking up a 74-45 win thanks in part to Wheeldin, who dropped a double-double with 37 points and ten rebounds. That makes it four consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Caldwell's points.

Caldwell has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which somehow still isn't as good as their 17-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.8 points over those games. As for Waterford, they now have a losing record of 9-10.

Caldwell has already played their next matchup, a 63-52 victory against Clay-Battelle on the 13th. As for Waterford, they will welcome Belpre at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Waterford is facing Belpre at the right time seeing as Belpre is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
