Anthem Prep piles up the points against Mayer

The Anthem Prep Eagles won the last time they faced the Mayer Wildcats, and things went their way on Wednesday too. Anthem Prep claimed a resounding 72-32 victory over Mayer at home. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Anthem Prep.

Rithik Kolli was the offensive standout of the game as he scored 26 points. Aaron Motter was another key contributor, scoring 16 points.

Anthem Prep's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Mayer, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.

Anthem Prep will head out on the road to face off against Sequoia Pathway Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Mayer won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Phoenix Day School for the Deaf at 7:00 p.m. on November 30th. Hopefully Phoenix Day School for the Deaf focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 34 on Wednesday.
