Mica Mountain picked up another tournament win on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Marana Tigers 70-37. The Thunderbolts have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 33 points or more this season.

Amaris Biancuzzo continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 23 points and 13 rebounds. Those 23 points gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Ne'Vaeh Verette, who went 5 of 11 en route to 10 points and three steals.

When it comes to explaining why Marana lost, don't look at Katelynne Hendrickson. Despite the final result, she posted seven points.

Mica Mountain has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.8 points per game. As for Marana, their record now sits at 4-7.

Mica Mountain wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 55-51 win against Cibola on the 2nd. As for Marana, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 41-35 victory against Bradshaw Mountain on the 2nd.
