Soccer Recap: Loretto Takes a Loss

After soaring to eight goals the game before, Loretto was a bit more limited in their match on Friday. They lost 6-0 to the Richland Raiders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Richland this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-0 two weeks ago.

Loretto's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Richland, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-4-3.

Coming up, Loretto is taking a road trip to challenge Battle Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Richland, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against East Hickman County on the 15th.
