South Decatur is a perfect 10-0 against Morristown since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Cougars will be playing at home against the Yellow Jackets at 5:30 p.m. Neither South Decatur nor Morristown posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

Thursday just wasn't the day for South Decatur's offense. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Waldron on Thursday. The Cougars' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

South Decatur saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Corbin Johnson, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Bethesda Christian hit Morristown with a six-run sixth inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Yellow Jackets came up short against the Patriots, falling 12-1.

Morristown's defeat was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-9. As for South Decatur, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.
