Miller School of Albemarle won the last time they faced Stuart Hall and things went their way on Thursday too. The Mavericks were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Dragons. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mavericks.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Miller School of Albemarle was: they took every set by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-14, 25-9.

Miller School of Albemarle can attribute much of their success to Parker Braxton, who had six aces and three digs. That's the most aces Braxton has posted since back in October of 2024. Isabelle Morehead was another key player, getting eight digs and four aces.

They weren't the only good servers: Miller School of Albemarle was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 23 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least seven aces every time they've taken the court this season.
