Basketball Recap: Blue Eye Comes Up Short

In Wednesday's Canine Competition, Blue Eye didn't have enough. They fell 45-36 to the Reeds Spring Wolves on Wednesday. The Bulldogs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wolves earlier this season, when they won 57-33.

Blue Eye has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-5 record this season. As for Reeds Spring, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-5.

While Blue Eye had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
