Soccer Recap: West Shore Christian Academy Comes Up Short

After flying high against Mount Calvary Christian on Monday, West Shore Christian Academy came back down to earth. West Shore Christian Academy fell just short of the Lancaster Mennonite Blazers by a score of 1-0 on Wednesday. While losing is never fun, West Shore Christian Academy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 255th, while Lancaster Mennonite is ranked 119th).

West Shore Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 15-4-2. As for Lancaster Mennonite, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-4-2 record this season.

West Shore Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lancaster Mennonite, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-0 loss against York Catholic on the 25th.
