Basketball Recap: Hart Comes Up Short

Hart came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They were outmatched by the Nazareth Swifts and fell 68-35. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Swifts this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 36-25 back in December of 2025.

Hart has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season. As for Nazareth, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 14-8.

Coincidentally, Hart and Nazareth will both be playing Happy the next time they take the court. The Longhorns will head out to face the Cowboys at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Swifts will host them at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
