Basketball Recap: Morristown Comes Up Short

Morristown was the 52-29 winner over Southwestern when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Morristown Yellow Jackets fell 61-52 to the Southwestern Spartans on Thursday. The Yellow Jackets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Morristown's loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Southwestern, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 7-11 record this season.

Morristown has already played their next match (against Eastern Hancock), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Southwestern, they will take on Knightstown at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Southwestern is facing Knightstown at the right time seeing as Knightstown is stuck on an 11-game losing streak.
