West Ashley hasn't had much luck against Fort Dorchester recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Wildcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Patriots at 7:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

On Friday, West Ashley took a blow against James Island, falling 49-7. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina football rankings (they are ranked 89th, while the Trojans are ranked seventh).

Meanwhile, Fort Dorchester had to suffer through a 44-14 loss at the hands of Ashley Ridge.
