El Dorado has gone a perfect 10-0 against Hot Springs recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Wildcats will host the Trojans at 5:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Monticello hit El Dorado with a five-run second inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Wildcats fell just short of the Billies by a score of 7-6.

Meanwhile, Hot Springs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 12-3 to Little Rock Southwest.

El Dorado has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season. Those defeats can't be blamed on the team's hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.1 runs over those games. As for Hot Springs, their loss dropped their record down to 4-13-1.

Everything went El Dorado's way against Hot Springs when the teams last played back in March, as El Dorado made off with a 10-3 win. Will the Wildcats repeat their success, or do the Trojans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
