Softball Recap: Pleasant Wins Going Away Against Marion Harding

Pleasant's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Marion Harding Presidents as they made off with a 19-9 win. The victory continues a trend for the Spartans in their matchups with the Presidents: they've now won three in a row.

The team relied heavily on Izabella Adkins, who went 3-for-4 with three runs and four RBI. Those three hits gave her a new career-high. Faith Staley was another key player, getting on base in four of her five plate appearances with three runs, one double, and one RBI.
