Manti is a perfect 6-0 against Carbon since March of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Templars will take on the Dinos at 4:00 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Manti took a loss when they played away from home last Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over Emery. That six-goal margin sets a new team best for Manti this season.

They hit Emery with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from James Dettinger (4), Easton Vernon, Jesse Chavez, and Christian Frutos.

Meanwhile, Carbon kept a clean sheet against North Sanpete on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Hawks. The win continues a trend for Carbon in their matchups with North Sanpete: they've now won seven in a row.

Manti's record now sits at 3-6. As for Carbon, their record is now 5-3.

Manti was able to grind out a solid victory over Carbon in their previous meeting back in April of 2025, winning 2-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Templars since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
