Basketball Recap: Central Takes a Loss

Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Berryhill Chiefs, falling 60-9. While losing is never fun, the Braves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 470th, while the Chiefs are ranked 117th).

Central's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Berryhill, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-5.

Central will face off against KIPP Tulsa University Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Berryhill has already played their next game (against Bristow), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
