Volleyball Recap: Bishop Garrigan Comes Up Short

Bishop Garrigan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Southeast Valley Jaguars. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Jaguars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in August.

Bishop Garrigan's loss dropped their record down to 7-15. As for Southeast Valley, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season.

Bishop Garrigan has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against West Bend-Mallard on the 29th. Southeast Valley has also already played their next contest (against East Sac County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
