Brunswick won the last time they faced Shaker Heights and Ashlie Lieb did her part to make sure it happened again. The Blue Devils blew past the Red Raiders 3-0 on Tuesday thanks in part to Lieb, who had 15 digs and four assists. She has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more digs the last 14 times she's played.

Brunswick never let Shaker Heights on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-10, 25-10.

Brunswick's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Alexis Must, who had five aces and one assist. Those five aces gave Must a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Emerson Sheets, who hit 87.5% for seven kills and six digs and six aces.

Brunswick's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-13. As for Shaker Heights, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-14.
