Basketball Recap: Bedford North Lawrence Takes a Loss

Bedford North Lawrence was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 77-44 loss at the hands of the Brownstown Central Braves. While losing is never fun, the Stars can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 89th, while the Braves are ranked 12th).

Bedford North Lawrence now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Brownstown Central, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 18-0.

Coming up, Bedford North Lawrence will take on New Albany at 7:30 p.m. on February 21st. As for Brownstown Central, they will head out on the road to take on Floyd Central at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Brownstown Central's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
