Volleyball Recap: Hampton-Dumont Comes Up Short

Hampton-Dumont was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Algona. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Hampton-Dumont of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2019.

The final score came out to 25-10, 23-25, 25-21, 25-15.

Hampton-Dumont's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Algona, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-4.

Hampton-Dumont does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Algona, they have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Hampton-Dumont/CAL on the 16th.
