Montello had already won 15 in a row and they went ahead and made it 16 on Tuesday. They blew past Cambria-Friesland 3-0. Montello has seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Cambria-Friesland, too.

The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-15, 25-20.

Brooklyn O'Malley paced Montello's offense, picking up 15 kills. O'Malley got some help from Charlee O'Malley and her 22 assists. Charlee was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Montello's win bumped their record up to 26-4. As for Cambria-Friesland, their loss dropped their record down to 5-13.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Montello will challenge Green Lake/Princeton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Hilltoppers are facing the Tigersharks at the right time seeing as the Tigersharks are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Cambria-Friesland, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Randolph at 7:00 p.m.
