The Bishop Rosecrans Bishops will venture away from home to square off against the Fairfield Christian Academy Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Bishop Rosecrans has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Last Monday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Bishop Rosecrans beat Grove City Christian 54-49.

Bishop Rosecrans found their leader in sophomore Abby Sagan, who posted 24 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Sagan has scored at least a third of Bishop Rosecrans' points. Malorie Crooks was another key player, putting up 13 points.

Meanwhile, Fairfield Christian Academy hadn't done well against Bishop Rosecrans recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Fairfield Christian Academy took down Bishop Rosecrans 65-50. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

Fairfield Christian Academy pushed their record up to 14-4 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.0 points per game. As for Bishop Rosecrans, their win bumped their record up to 6-13.

Bishop Rosecrans ended up a good deal behind Fairfield Christian Academy in their previous meeting on Friday, losing 65-50. Can Bishop Rosecrans avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
