Softball Recap: Mohawk Area Comes Up Short

On Friday, the Mohawk Area Warriors came up short against the Seneca Valley Raiders and fell 7-4.

Lydia Cole made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. Addy Moskal was another key player, scoring a run and stealing Three bases. while going 2-for-3.

Mohawk Area's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Seneca Valley, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Looking ahead, Mohawk Area will be playing in front of their home fans against Mars at 4:15 p.m. on March 21st. As for Seneca Valley, they are taking a road trip to square off against Harbor Creek at 4:30 p.m. on March 21st.
