Basketball Game Preview: Trinity Christian Lions vs. Fort Worth Christian Cardinals

Trinity Christian is 4-0 against Fort Worth Christian since January of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Trinity Christian Lions challenge the Fort Worth Christian Cardinals at 7:30 p.m. One thing working in Trinity Christian's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six contests.

Last Saturday, Trinity Christian was fully in charge, breezing past All S 77-42. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 matches by 23 points or more this season.

Jet Naegele continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, almost dropping a double-double on 21 points and nine assists. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in steals (seven). Another player making a difference was Lucai Anderson, who went 9 for 17 on his way to 25 points.

Meanwhile, Fort Worth Christian lost 55-33 to All S on Tuesday. The Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Trinity Christian pushed their record up to 17-12 with the win, which was their third straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 35.7 points. As for Fort Worth Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 2-20.
