Brittany Howe, Eastmont's leading hitter, solidified her role on Friday. Howe was dialed in as she scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3. She was up against Davis and has quite the history against that squad, as she also had a great game the last time she faced them back in April of 2024.

Howe's strong effort led Eastmont over Davis and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
