Preview: Pretty Prairie Bulldogs vs. Attica Bulldogs
Pretty Prairie is 8-2 against Attica since February of 2018, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Pretty Prairie Bulldogs will look to defend their home court against the Attica Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. Hopefully Pretty Prairie focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Friday.
Winning is just a little bit easier when you work as a team to post seven more assists than your opponent, a fact Pretty Prairie proved. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Fairfield 42-40. 42 seems to be a good number for Pretty Prairie as the team scooped up a win with the same number of points in their previous game.
Pretty Prairie found their leader in underclassman Ava White, who scored 12 points along with five steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points White has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Kayleigh Vogl, who scored four points along with nine rebounds and two steals.
Meanwhile, after a string of six wins, Attica's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell 44-35 to Norwich.
Pretty Prairie's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-8. As for Attica, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-7.
