Softball Recap: Chapin Comes Up Short

Chapin lost against Midland Valley on April 2nd, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Eagles might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 10-5 to the Mustangs, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Chapin's loss dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Midland Valley, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 17-8 record this season.

Chapin does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Midland Valley, they will face off against Dutch Fork at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
