Softball Recap: Taft Eagles vs. Atherton Ravens
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Taft). They were the clear victors by a 17-10 margin over the Atherton Ravens on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won three contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Jiselle Hernandez was incredible, going 4-for-5 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. Those four hits gave her a new career-high. Charlie Villaraza was another key player, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one home run and four RBI.
Taft was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .462. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.
