Volleyball Recap: Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon Comes Up Short

Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon lost against Western back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Pirate lost 3-0 to the Warriors. The Pirate's defeat continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-14, 25-18.

Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Western, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.

Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon will head out to square off against The Meadows School at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Pirate are facing the Mustangs at the right time seeing as the Mustangs are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Western, they will face off against Canyon Springs at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
