After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Nazareth Area, Whitehall was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 62-21 victory over the East Stroudsburg South Cavaliers. With the Zephyrs ahead 35-13 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Whitehall pushed their record up to 2-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. Those home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 12.4 points on average over those games. As for East Stroudsburg South, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
