Softball Recap: Alma Takes a Loss

Alma was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 8-1 to the Siloam Springs Panthers. The Airedales were not able to make up for their defeat to the Panthers from their previous meeting back in March of 2024.

Alma's loss dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Siloam Springs, their win ended a seven-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-6.

Alma didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 10-0 victory against Ozark on the 14th. As for Siloam Springs, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 10-0 defeat against Farmington on the 15th.
