Soccer Recap: Moberly Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Moberly waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They never let the North County Raiders get on the board and left with a 7-0 win. Moberly might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by three goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting North County from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Ella Mathes led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Moberly's victory bumped their record up to 9-2. As for North County, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Coming up, Moberly will take on Winfield in a tournament on Saturday. As for North County, they will venture away from home to take on Rosati-Kain at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
