Volleyball Game Preview: Aragon Dons vs. Leland Chargers + Official Tickets

The Aragon Dons will square off against the Leland Chargers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Aragon is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Westmont as they made off with a 3-0 win. Winning may never get old, but the Dons sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Aragon was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-9, 25-17.

Aragon can attribute much of their success to Sosefina Tatola, who had 15 digs and one assist. Tatola has been hot, having posted 12 or more digs the last six times she's played.

Meanwhile, Leland got the win against Santa Clara on Tuesday by a conclusive 3-0.

Leland walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-21, 25-15.

Leland's win bumped their record up to 22-7. As for Aragon, their victory bumped their record up to 24-7.
