Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bath County). They never let Menifee County get on the board and left with a 15-0 victory on Friday. Bath County hasn't had any issues with Menifee County recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

Preston Roussos looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out nine over four innings pitched.

On the hitting side, Montana Brashear was a standout: he scored three runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-2. Another player making a difference was Brayden Crouch, who scored three runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-3.

Bath County's victory bumped their record up to 3-4-1. As for Menifee County, their defeat was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-7.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Bath County beat Menifee County by a score of 20-1 later that day.
