Football Game Preview: Groton-Dunstable vs. Marlborough

Given their disadvantage in the MaxPreps state rankings, Groton-Dunstable should expect quite the challenge on Friday. Their bye week comes to an end as they meet up with Marlborough at 7:00 PM . Groton-Dunstable will be looking to avenge the 0-20 loss they took the last time these two teams played.

Things haven't been easy for Groton-Dunstable, and their contest two weeks ago only extended their streak of losses to four. They ended up on the wrong side of a painful 7-38 walloping at Westborough's hands. Groton-Dunstable were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-24.

Last Friday, Marlborough and Fitchburg were almost perfectly matched up, but Marlborough suffered an agonizing 16-17 loss. This makes it the second loss in a row for Marlborough.
