Terry has gone 4-0 against Randle recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Terry Rangers will face off against the Randle Lions at 7:15 p.m. Terry is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.3 goals per game this season.

Terry's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 victory over Fort Bend Kempner. Given the Rangers' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 48th, while the Cougars are ranked 313th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Terry's one-goal win came courtesy of Owen Strain, which was the first he's scored this season.

Meanwhile, after a string of five wins, Randle's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They and Victoria West finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw. The result kept the Lions happy, as they haven't lost a game since January 2nd.

Randle's draw makes their record 5-1-2 this season. As for Terry, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which somehow still isn't as good as their 8-1-1 record this season.

Everything went Terry's way against Randle in their previous meeting back in March of 2024, as Terry made off with a 6-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Terry since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
