Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Olton walked away with it. They came out on top against the West Texas Comanches by a score of 53-45 on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Mustangs sure are getting used to it with their 12th in a row.

Olton pushed their record up to 28-4 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.4 points over those games. As for West Texas, their loss dropped their record down to 23-5.

Looking ahead, Olton will square off against Reagan County on Monday. Reagan County will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Olton surely won't give up without a fight. West Texas does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
