Brownsboro's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. Everything went their way against the Van Vandals as the Brownsboro Bears made off with a 5-2 win. The result was nothing new for the Bears, who have now won six games by three goals or more so far this season.

Paige Whiddon and Zoey Hinton scored all five of Brownsboro's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 66 goals.

Brownsboro's victory bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Van, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season.

Brownsboro will take on Grand Saline at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Brownsboro is facing Grand Saline at the right time seeing as Grand Saline is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Van, they will venture away from home to square off against Athens at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Van has given up an average of 4.9 goals per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week.
