 After a string of three wins, East Columbus's good fortune finally ran out  on Thursday. They lost  10-4 to the West Columbus Vikings. East Columbus was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as West Columbus apparently hadn't forgotten their  loss the last time these teams played  last Tuesday.
  George Nance and  Mack Freeman stepped up to the plate in a big way.  Nance  scored a  run and  stole two bases while going 1-for-3, while  Freeman  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-3. Freeman has been hot recently, having posted  at least one  stolen base the last four times he's  played.
 On West Columbus' side, their win was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was  Ryder Haynes, who  went 2-for-3 with a  double.
 East Columbus' defeat dropped their record down to 9-9. As for West Columbus, their victory bumped their record up to 8-13.
 As of now, neither East Columbus nor West Columbus have any future games scheduled.
